서울시청 제반 행정 정보 인터넷으로 공개
Seoul citizens will be able to have free access to the city's
administrative information, including *budgets and the mayor's
*expense account, without red-tape *formalities.
* budget : a plan of how to spend money :예산.
* expense : cost, esp. of money but also time or effort : 비용.
* formality : compliance with conventional rules : 격식
앞으로 시 예산이라든가 시장의 지출비 내역 등 시 행정 정보에 관한 서울 시민들의 자유로운 접속이 가능해질 것으로 보인다.
The city said yesterday that it drew up a *municipal *ordinance
centering on availability of information and put it into law in a bid to meet the citizens' rights to know and promote their *voluntary *participation in the city administration.

서울시는 시민의 알 권리를 충족시키고 시 행정에 시민들의 자발적인
참여를 증진시키기 위한 정보 유용성에 중점을 둔 서울시 조례를 작성했으며 이를 법으로 공포하기로 했다고 어제 발표했다.
Accordingly, citizens are allowed to freely get 63 categories of
information on the city administration, including its *revenue,
*expenditure and *affiliated organizations' budgets, expense account *breakdowns of the mayor, vice-mayor and department head-level officials as well as results of environmental research.
* revenue : gross income : 수입, 수익, 매출
* expenditure : amount paid for goods and services : 경비, 비용
* affiliated : associate as a member or branch : 산하의
* breakdown : a separating into parts, analysis : 내역, 분류
따라서 시민들은 환경 조사 결과 뿐 아니라 서울시의 수입, 지출, 산하 기관들의 예산, 시장 및 부시장, 부서장급 인사들의 지출 내역 등을 포함한 63종류의 시 행정 정보에 자유로운 접속이 허용될 것으로 보인다.
The information will be posted on the city's website *periodically, _ annually, bi-annually or quarterly _ depending on characteristics of contents.

이 정보들은 내용 성격에 따라 서울시 웹사이트에 정기적으로-연별, 반기별, 분기별-게시될 예정이다.
In addition, the city's mid-and-long term plans, various public *utility fee systems and security check reports on bridges, tunnels and subways will be open to the public at any time.

또한 서울시의 중장기 계획, 다양한 공공 시설 이용요금, 다리 및 터널, 지하철의 안전 점검 보고서 등이 언제나 시민들에게 공개될 예정이다.
Seoul city has also decided to set up additional *petition windows concerning access to information at civil affairs offices so that citizens can easily receive a variety of information.

서울시는 또한 동사무소에 정보 접속과 관련한 민원 창구를 추가로 설치해 시민들이 다양한 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있도록 하기로 결정했다.
