It was coming on the tail end of our North American road trip. Alberta was the final destination after driving up the Pacific Coast. As soon as we crossed from British Columbia into Alberta, this mother Grizzly and her cub were eating flowers beside the road. I had just bought a super zoom specifically for this trip and Im so thankful I did. We pulled over on the other side of the road and we were dead silent - Knowing how bears can be. My first time seeing a Grizzly and my first time in Alberta.
