조지 부시 대통령의 취임식을 앞두고 공개된 이 풍자 동영상은 부시 대통령의 재임 기간 중 벌어질 보수적 정책과 이라크 문제 등에 대해 신랄한 풍자를 하고 있다.
부자들을 위한 감세정책에다, 헌법 개정으로 동성결혼을 금지하며, 이라크 내정은 카드로 쌓은 성과 다름 없다는 등 부시 행정부가 재임 중 실행할 정책에 대한 냉소적 풍자로 가득한 이 애니메이션에서 노무현 대통령과 윤영관 전 장관은 유엔본부에 모인 주요국가 수반 중 하나로 묘사되고 있다.
이 동영상은 캘리포니아주 산타모니카에 본사를 둔 집잽 미디어가 제작해 포털 사이트 야후에 공개됐으며, 집잽 미디어는 이외에도 미국 정치를 풍자하는 다양한 동영상들을 자사 사이트에서 선보이고 있다.
