교육부는 어제 전국의 16개 시.도 교육청에 "영어전용 교실영어"의 원칙에 의거 신학기부터 영어교사를 배치하도록 지시했다.

따라서 중학교 모든 1학년 학생들에게 일주일에 3시간 그리고 초등학교 3,4학년 학생들에게는 일주일에 한 시간씩 영어로만 하는 교육을 실시해야 한다.
