Data Shows Digital Divide Widening

인터넷 보급이 늘었음에도 불구하고 최근의 한 보고서에 따르면 "디지털 격차"로 불려지는 인터넷 접속 관련 격차는 성별, 연령별, 지역별로 상당히 넓혀진 것으로 밝혀졌다.

In an attempt to narrow the gap, the Ministry of Information and
Communication unveiled a plan to establish around 1,000 high-speed Internet access centers in small townships and villages in rural areas.
이 격차를 줄이기 위한 방안으로 정보 통신부는 소규모 시골소도시와 시골 마을에 1000여개의 고속 인터넷 접속 센터를 설치할 것이라는 계획을 발표했다.
